Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our California warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed with free standard shipping typically leave our warehouse within 48 business hours of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or USPS holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Complimentary standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders shipped within the United States.
USPS delivers Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only and does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
If you select FedEx 2-Day shipping, your order will arrive within 2 business days. Packages are delivered by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 8:00 p.m. to residences. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only and does not deliver on weekends or holidays. All orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. PST to qualify.
Please note: Once a shipping label has been created and your package has left our facility, Miranda Frye is no longer responsible for it. For any issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Simply select your country at our website checkout.
Estimated delivery is approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not account for any delays caused by customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country. All applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you insured your shipment and need to file a claim, please contact our customer care team at customercare@mirandafrye.com.
If you did not insure your shipment, Miranda Frye is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please submit a claim directly with the carrier.
Please note the following claim guidelines:
- Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received must be submitted no sooner than 5 days and no later than 15 days after the delivery date. This allows time to confirm the package was not misdelivered or found on the premises.
- Claims for packages with a status of "Not Delivered" must be filed no sooner than 7 days and no later than 15 days. This allows the carrier sufficient time to complete delivery.
Shipping protection claims will result in a replacement order being sent. We do not offer refunds on shipping protection claims. Shipping protection is non-refundable.
Miranda Frye is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered as a result of an incorrectly entered shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.
